Ticket registration J-Fall 1st badge opens September 25th at 12:00

We have important news: this year you have two chances to get your hands on the always-sold-out tickets for J-Fall. To give more people this opportunity, we’re doing the ticket registration in two batches this year. The first batch of J-Fall tickets (for NLJUG Members only)  will be available online at http://www.jfall.nl on Thursday, September 25, at exactly 12:00 PM. The second batch will follow on Wednesday, October 1.

Mark your calendars now and make sure you’re ready in time! As the NLJUG community, we believe it’s essential that everyone feels welcome, safe, and comfortable at our conferences. Our code of conduct is clear—regardless of gender, color, background, disability, or neurotype: J-Fall is for everyone. To make this possible, we’ve already offered support to people with disabilities and strive for a diverse range of speakers on our stages. This year, our D&I initiative was announced at J-Spring. Together with a panel of community members, we’ve identified actions that will positively impact our community and events. You can expect three activities at J-Fall this fall:

  • Stickers on badges to clearly indicate your preferred form of address.
  • A stimulus-free space for those who need to switch off for a moment.
  • Upon request, you can get a buddy connection to give you a point of contact.

Do you have any other wishes or needs to make your visit to J-Fall as pleasant as possible? Please let us know. Together we will create a conference where everyone feels welcome!

PS: This message will also be shared with all NLJUG members via the newsletter on Friday evening (September 13)
