Using years of experience and humor, Heinz will share his knowledge about Java in the talk “Thread Safety with Phaser, StampedLock and VarHandle”. He will look at those three concepts and explain when you should use them.
Mind Hacking for Health
His second talk is more personal. “Mind Hacking for Health” tackles the topic of how to get fitter and healthier. Heinz will share valuable mind hacks that you can apply to your own life.
