DESCRIPTION:Details\n\n\nWe are thrilled to invite you to an enlightening NLJUG academy meetup focused on modern development with Quarkus. \nProgram\n17:00 Entrance\n17:30 Beer & food\n18:30 Start meet-up\n20:30 Q&A and concluding the workshop \nAbout the masterclass\nIn this session\, we will build up a Quarkus application from scratch\, introducing more and more features which you would be needing when deploying to a Kubernetes cluster. We will create an application with two patterns of database interaction\, reactive messaging and introducing defensive programming practises like retries\, fallbacks and circuit breakers. Also\, we will look at deploying to Kubernetes and simplifying lifecycle management of dependencies. It will be an interative session so don’t forget to bring your laptop with you. \nAbout the speaker\nJoran Bergfeld – Senior Solution Architect at Red Hat.
